Ali has combined experience as a consultant, talent acquisitions director and regional sales manager of 20 years, eight of which were spent in executive recruitment across a broad range of senior management positions in the travel, hospitality and leisure sectors. She joins HVS Executive Search from Korn/Ferry International where she was Client Partner.
