Keith Kefgen is Chief Executive Officer of HVS Executive Search. Keith has more than 20 years of experience in the field of hospitality executive search. He is a frequent lecturer on industry related issues and has written more than 100 articles on the topics of executive selection, pay-for-performance, corporate governance and executive leadership. He is a graduate of the Cornell University Hotel School.

David Mansbach is Co-President, North America for HVS Executive Search specializing in retained executive search and compensation consulting for the restaurant, hotel and gaming industries. He is also an investor in GrowthPoint Partners, an investment firm specializing in early stage restaurant companies including Chop’t Creative Salad. David is a frequent lecturer on issues relating to executive selection, pay for-performance and corporate governance and has written several articles for publications such as Hotel Business, Hotels Magazine, Chain Leader Magazine, Restaurant Finance Monitor and Chain Store Age Magazine.

Doug Rosen is Co-President, North America for HVS Executive Search, specializing in retained executive search and compensation and organizational development consulting for the lodging, restaurant, retail and gaming industries. Doug is also the founder of Hospitality Career Network, the management level recruitment solution for HVS. Since joining HVS in the fall of 2000, Doug has written numerous articles about online recruitment and handles executive level search, specifically focusing on the emerging segments of residential hotels and mixed-use development. Clients within that arena include Baha Mar Development, The Edge Group and Kingdom Hotel Investments.

Alison Brody-Smith joined HVS Executive Search as Senior Vice President in 2010. Ali has a combined experience as a consultant, talent acquisitions director and regional sales manager of 20 years, eight of which were spent in executive recruitment across a broad range of senior management positions in the travel, hospitality and leisure sectors.

Ali is based out of the New York office and brings with her significant recruitment experience including projects in the hotel, gaming and travel industries. She has successfully completed searches across a wide functional spectrum, including executive positions in general management, finance, operations, sales and marketing. Prior to joining HVS Executive Search, Ali was Client Partner at Korn/Ferry International. Ali holds a bachelor’s degree in hotel and restaurant management from Northern Arizona University, and serves on the advisory board for Dress for Success, Philadelphia.

Juliette Boone brings a wealth of experience in her 18-year hospitality industry career. She has a diverse professional background including hotel food and beverage operations, culinary arts, catering sales and operations, contract food service, concept development, hospitality education, and hotel consulting and valuation. Her experience is complemented with a Master’s degree in Hospitality Management and Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.

Dena Blum-Rothman is Vice President of HVS Executive Search and specializes in the hotel industry. Prior to joining HVS she was Human Resources Manager at Travel Planner and started her career with Hyatt. Dena has a B.S. from Cornell University, School of Hotel Administration and a M.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations.

Andrew Hazelton is Vice President at HVS Executive Search New York. Andrew has spent several years in the executive search industry, including six years with Korn/Ferry International where he was responsible for completing a number of C-suite searches. He has worked on assignments for several industries including Healthcare, Technology, Finance, Hospitality, and Real Estate. Andrew is a key member of HVS’s North America team and focuses exclusively on assignments for the hotel industry.

James Houran, Ph.D., President, 20|20 Assessment™, is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Association for Psychological Science, the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International and the American Hotel and Lodging Association. Dr. Houran is a frequent lecturer and a recognized expert on online testing and interpersonal and organizational compatibility. He has authored over 100 journal and industry articles, and his award-winning work has been profiled by a myriad of media including the BBC, Court TV, NBC’s “Today show,” USA Today, New Scientist, Psychology Today and Forbes.com.

Alan Keith received an M.B.A from the Schulich School of Business, York University and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Industrial Relations from the I.H. Asper School of Business, University of Manitoba. Alan joined 20|20 Skills™ assessment as Vice President following twenty years of experience in the service and assessment industry. A frequent speaker on talent management and service excellence, he has markedly increased financial results by establishing performance based cultures that are focused on attracting and retaining talent. Alan has also consulted with Fortune 500 companies on talent management issues including assessment. He provides personal coaching to people looking to improve their career path and also offers sales and service training to the service sector. He is currently on the Board of Directors for JVS Toronto, a community organization that offers career, employment, training and psychological services..
