Doug Rosen is Co-President, North America for HVS Executive Search,

Alison Brody-Smith joined HVS Executive Search as Senior Vice President in 2010. Ali has a combined experience as a consultant, talent acquisitions director and regional sales manager of 20 years, eight of which were spent in executive recruitment across a broad range of senior management positions in the travel, hospitality and leisure sectors.
Ali is based out of the New York office and brings with her significant recruitment experience including projects in the hotel, gaming and travel industries. She has successfully completed searches across a wide functional spectrum, including executive positions in general management, finance, operations, sales and marketing. Prior to joining HVS Executive Search, Ali was Client Partner at Korn/Ferry International. Ali holds a bachelor’s degree in hotel and restaurant management from Northern Arizona University, and serves on the advisory board for Dress for Success, Philadelphia.
