Christian Anklin is Vice President at HVS Executive Search in Hong Kong. After graduating from Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, Christian joined HVS Executive Search in London where he spent four years recruiting senior executives for hotel management companies such as Hilton, Marriott and Rezidor, as well as hotel real estate companies including Morgan Stanley Real Estate and Invesco. Christian transferred to HVS Executive Search Hong Kong in 2009 to apply his skills and expertise in the Asia-Pacific region.

Thomas Mielke is an Associate at HVS Executive Search in London. A graduate in International Hospitality Management from Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, Switzerland, Thomas has previously worked with real estate and hotel consulting companies in Germany and Spain specialising in hospitality related projects. Pooja Vir is a Senior Associate at HVS Executive Search in London. A graduate in Economics, Pooja began her hospitality career with Indian restaurateur AD Singh. Tatiana Veller is Managing Director of HVS Executive Search in Russia. Outside of Tatiana’s Executive Search background with some leading US companies, she possesses six years in managerial positions in operations and headquarters in various settings in Hospitality and Food Service industries in Russia and the US. Mark Keith is Managing Director of HVS Executive Search in Hong Kong and oversees search assignments throughout the Asian region where Mark has lived since 1982. His early hotel experiences included London, Nigeria, Iran, Lesotho, Switzerland and The United Arab Emirates; and he has held senior executive appointments with Hilton International, the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Holiday Inns Worldwide and the Peninsula Group. Mark is a recognized authority on strategic Human Capital management in the hospitality industry, hotel openings and the cross-cultural implications for management and service. He was commissioned at the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst; he has a Master of Science degree from the University of Leicester and is a fellow of the Hotel, Catering International Management Association (FHCIMA). Ralf Borchert is Vice President of HVS Executive Search in Hong Kong. Prior to joining HVS, Ralf rose through the ranks to senior corporate executive and consulting positions at companies including Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Air New Zealand and The Peninsula Hotels. His specialty was primarily procurement, while also developing his skills as a team leader, a strategist and business analyst. Ralf earned his Graduate Diploma from the Steinberger Hotel School in Bad Reichenhall, Germany.

Scott Chiesa joined HVS Executive Search in Hong Kong with 15 years of hospitality industry experience. Scott has a degree in Hospitality Management from the Bentley Hospitality Institute of Technical and Further Education and has held senior management positions in both Australia and Asia, including: The Crown Casino, Fraser Island Retreat, The Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Dragon-i, The Aberdeen Marina Club, The Epicurean Group, Elite Concepts and Igor’s Group. Arushi joined HVS in September 2004. She has developed and manages the business for the non- hospitality sectors in India, including health care, energy, manufacturing and financial services. With more than a decade of experience in search, she has worked with some of the best known global search firms in the past. Arushi has been strongly associated with business development and account management, having closed a number of CXO positions as part of her career. She is well networked and has maintained excellent relationships with all clients she has been associated with. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis, Pune.

Anjali Dureja is currently the Director for the Mumbai Office of HVS Executive Search. A Geography graduate from Delhi University, Anjali brings over 12 years of experience to HVS Executive Search. She has handled diverse search assignments across sectors such as manufacturing, real estate, private equity funds and retail. Her wide ranging exposure has included searches for senior professionals and CXOs. Anjali has been associated with HVS since 2005. In her current capacity she leads a team of associates and researchers. Anjali leads client engagements and works closely with them to assist in their talent acquisition efforts in a consultative capacity. She adopts a similar approach towards advising candidates on progressive career moves. Anjali started her career in 1996 with an entrepreneurial venture in Delhi focusing on executive search and career guidance in the hospitality & travel sector, after which she moved to other leading search firms.

Ambika Mehta Gautam is Associate Director of HVS Executive Search in Mumbai. She provides full service search consulting and execution to the global hospitality realm, with a focus on the Indian real estate and allied sectors. Ambika has been with HVS since May 2003, and she has handled search assignments for international and domestic clients in close coordination with the HVS Executive Search divisions across the globe. Her major in Psychology coupled with a MBA in HR gives her the insight into the dynamics of organizational behavior in the service industry, which she leverages effectively to offer clients unique solutions for leadership talent acquisition and selection.
